Where and when do courses take place?
Most of eTraining Academy courses happen online at etrainingacademy.co.uk.
Courses start at midnight on Mondays (00:00 GMT) on the day shown on the course page.
Once a course has started, you will be able to access the course material and study at any time that suits you. You don’t need to be online at the same time as the lead educator or other students.
After the start date, you will be able to access the course by following the “Go to course” link at Your courses.
How much does it cost to join a course?
The courses are defined with cost and some courses are free to join and study any eTraining Academy.
For the courses that are free , there is an option at the end in some courses particularly academic courses to purchase a certificate.
Can anyone sign up for a course?
Yes, providing they are 13 years old or older. There are no requirements for formal qualifications in order to study on most of eTraining courses apart from academic courses ( clearly defined for the academic courses). It may in some courses specify expected levels of understanding or experience in certain areas.
Can I join a course that has already started?
Yes, you can join a course at any point until it ends. After you’ve signed up, you will retain access to the course indefinitely, even after its closing date. However, the bulk of the conversations around the course topics may have already taken place and moved on if you join late, so it’s best to join a course at the start. This ensures you can get involved with discussions and have your questions answered by other learners and course educators.
How many courses can I take?
There is no limit on the number of courses you can take.
Can I leave a course?
Yes. You can leave a course you’ve signed up , just send email to the admin@etrainingacademy.co.uk
Can I rejoin a course that I previously left?
You can rejoin any time most courses however if the courses run on cohorts and you might have to discuss with course tutor, please send email to the admin@etrainingacademy.co.uk and some one will be able to advice the next step.
Can international students participate in courses?
Yes, absolutely. You need to have good understanding of English as the courses are in English Language unless specified otherwise.
I am interested in courses on subjects that aren’t yet covered by eTraining Academy. Will more courses be available?
eTraining Academy has a wide selection of courses and modules, however more courses are being developed. If you are not able to find a course of your interest, please send email to the admin@etrainingacademy.co.uk and some one will be able to advice the next step.
Will you be providing courses in other languages?
Yes we plan to introduce courses in other languages but at this moment in time there is limitation. If you are interested in a course in a particular language, please send email to the admin@etrainingacademy.co.uk and some one will be able to advice whether that is in process of development.
